Marla Bakery
European-style pastry & sourdough · SF-based · Clement-exclusive
Marla Bakery is a beloved SF bakery with a café in the Outer Richmond and a Clement Street market stall that's exclusive to this market. Their baking draws on European traditions — croissants made with premium French butter, brioche, tarts, and seasonal pastries — alongside hearty sourdough loaves. Marla is one of the SF bakeries that set the bar for what a neighborhood bakery can be, and their Clement presence is a direct extension of that neighborhood connection.
WHAT THEY BRING

H&H Fresh Fish
Direct-sourced fresh seafood · Bay Area
H&H Fresh Fish is a Bay Area seafood vendor with a consistent presence at Clement Street and several AIM markets. They source from Bay Area fishing operations and bring a rotating selection based on what's running. The Richmond District has one of SF's highest concentrations of Chinese and Southeast Asian cooking households, which makes a well-stocked seafood stall one of the market's most-used vendor slots.

ABOUT THIS MARKET

Clement Street Farmers Market is operated by the Agricultural Institute of Marin (AIM), a nonprofit farmers market operator founded in 1983 that runs nine certified markets across the Bay Area and supports over 400 farmers, food producers, and artisans from 40 California counties. At Clement, AIM has built one of the largest neighborhood markets in SF — 60+ vendors spanning three city blocks of the Inner Richmond's main commercial corridor.

The market's location in the Inner Richmond — a neighborhood with significant Chinese, Russian, and Southeast Asian communities — shapes its vendor mix: diverse produce including Asian vegetables and specialty crops alongside a strong bakery lineup that includes three bakeries (Daymoon, Marla, and Saltwater) that are exclusive to this market. AIM accepts CalFresh EBT, Market Match, and WIC. A Bounty Box curbside pickup program is available for shoppers who want pre-selected produce.
